SHIPPING: The buyer is responsible for entering the correct delivery address for your package. Any returned packages will be subject to returned shipping fees.

The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this website pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for lost/stolen packages and will not refund/replace items. Any questions regarding tracking of your package should be directed to your local post office as we have no control over shipments once they're out of our hands. We are not responsible for refunding or replacing shipments for packages shown as delivered.

If your order is being delivered by UPS, please email us directly and we can further assist you.

5-DAY POLICY: You have 5 days from the date of receipt to contact Hood's Custom Creations if you have an issue with your order. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. The defective or damaged item must be returned in order to have a replacement sent out. If you are shipping back an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
